Steps to purchase the tickets:

 

1. Click on this link: 

2. Log in to your account using your K-number.

3. On the right side, of the above mentioned webpage, you will see two types of tickets named - “Member Ticket” & “ Non-Member Ticket” 

4. Click on the type of ticket you are eligible to purchase and select the no. of tickets you wish to purchase. 

5. Make the payment with your debit or credit card.

6. Once the payment process is finished, you will receive a confirmation email on your KCL email address providing you with the Reference Number and details of your purchase. 

7.  Reference no. is your proof of payment.

8. The confirmation email will also include a link to a Google form. The Google form will ask for the email address of the person of contact. 

He / She will be contacted by us (from kclpgls@gmail.com) for the sake of knowing the meal and table seating preference; dietary requirements; and other useful information.
